Expo: Shodan has a losing audio battle record, and not many people seem to vote on them.

Also when something "falls on deaf ears" that's an idiom meaning to be ignored or disregarded.

Best battle I've seen this round, from both ends.

Let's breakdown the schemes,

Tru-ly-It-Sucks-Balls

Dude-Is-A-Bust-Y'all

Do-in-A-Trust-Fall

15 Rhyming Syllables

One-Round's-Kill-Er

Fun-House-Mir-Ors

8 Rhyming Syllables

Overall I think it's clear Erupt had more complex schemes (5 rhymes each) and the multi's were more frequent (3 vs 2). I did not include sign language instructor because it didn't rhyme with anything else, as well as the single capped ALL.

To the bars themselves, both had killer concepts with sharp executions. Both had creative concepts, Both were structurally perfect, and Both hit hard.

I believe Erupt's bar to hit harder however, due to the cleaner, more frequent rhyming as well as the concept itself.

On the flip side, Shodan had a cleaner more structurally-sound bar, but had worse rhyming and (In my personal Opinion) a concept that didn't hit as hard as Erupt's did.

Both executed their concepts well, and gave them justice, in their own respective manner. Shodan's set-up was clearer and more relative to the punch, but Erupt gave the concept justic by the finishing wordplay and prior flow and rhyming.

Rhyming: Erupt 9-7

Concepts: Erupt: 8-7

Execution: Tied 9-9

Structure: Shodan 9-7

Total: Erupt 33-32

Tl;Dr: Erupt won due to a heavier hitting bar and better rhyming.

Amazing battle and props to both participants

erupt's concept had two issues whch were sign language and deaf ears concepts is something that even I have seen in the past and second even thought it was pretty nice coz the set up was personal the trust fall bit felt more oscure than a fresh twist which u may intended while Shodan's one round killer bit could have been framed better but prolly the charactar limit restricted him to really give it the kinda definition u wanted to but the final punch was pretty neat and well executed in all categories in which made me go with him here.

Botr for me. Both had creative af bars. I just feel Shodan had that extra push that came from the two strong setups leading up to the punch. Two time HoF, double appearance in the hall.. nice.

This was an excellent bout, both came with interesting and novel concepts and executed them in an interesting way. However, I think both bars here suffered from their execution as far as the way they delivered their punchline.

Erupt, I liked the way you fit it with an idiom, but I think you needed to frame it in a different way. You wouldn't say somebody "fell on deaf ears" doing a trust fall, because you don't fall onto people's ears, and really ears have nothing to do with trust falls.

Sho, your angle didn't entirely work given that he's literally in the HoF for text-battling but I don't think it ruined the bar, just took away from the impact a little. The bigger issue was the wording "double appearance", which to me just sounded a bit clunky because in a funhouse you see a "double image", not really a "double appearance".

This is a close bout that either could have won with some tiny changes in their execution, I have my winner but I'm keeping my vote concealed.

This was tough for me. Had to read it a bunch. Erupt's angle was personal and the use  of the double multi in the first line kept the wordier second line from throwing off the flow of the bar. The punch was well executed and there's nothing technically wrong but the thought of Sign language instructors doing trust falls is weird. That and the redundance of fall/fell in the idiom and punch muddled it up a bit. Shodan's line like Rupts was a basic personal. The second line didn't flow as well because of syllable count and KILLER/MIRROR is wonky. That said, the concept was dope and it hits here especially since Shodan was likely a big underdog. Again, close but leaning toward Shodan. Good luck to whoever goes on

Oooooh surprisingly I got Shodan taking this solidly. His idea was cleaner and more believeable. I don't exactly picture sign language instructors doing trustfalls as well as a funhouse. Cleaner concept. Good battle

i felt one was creative but fell a lil w some of his multi game, the other was basic but it smoothed out in the end with the punch, so i got my vote here mashallah...

Going with rupt here basically because his attack was stronger. Shodan, your bar didnt really seem too insulting being that you closed it out with how his double HOF doesnt scare you. That's not really an attack I mean you did mention that his rounds aren't killer but still, rupt bar was far more aggressive in terms of actually attacking.

This was extremely hard to judge because both concepts are fresh, both were structured well, and both concepts translated into nice punches. I had to pick someone though, so best of luck to whoever advances.
