Lotta punches here. Cels first couple were meh but that Game Stop joint was dope and then the division 9 X set was even more so. Cheapskates was funny but then lead up to the closer was a little wordy but still a decent concept. Grief out the gate with the shining punch...that was clever. A couple averagish decent jawns after that but then that Ocarina punch was a heavy one...great concept. Selfies meh but closer was well setup and executed. Real close but winner here had one more punch to edge it. 

Decent read here from both. Not goingto bother with a massive expo as this is a pretty close battle. Both had some nice concepts that they executed well. Fairs in, i'm out. Good luck to whomever goes through.

Expo: in the shining there's a scene where a character smashes a hole in a door and sticks his face in ("Here's Johnny?" Jack Nicholson?). Sindel is a character from MK who screams at her opponents. Greaves are knee armor, ocarina of time teleports link in the game (warps him) and the rest is simple enough. CLASSICK

LoD shit so cant vote but just swung by to say this might just be battle of the round tbh. Cel, the game stop and apple lines were FIRE and GG the shining line and the metal greaves leading into that FUCKING ZELDA LINE were dope. Good read.

Both had dope openers, I thought griefs bars just hit more, he barely missed in my opinion, i didn't really care for the blacksmiths bar, but the wind mill bar was real nice might be my fav from him, and the closer was dope too. Celsius like i said opener hit for me,  the mall manaquins line was cool and your closer stood out too. I gotta go with grief on this one though just because i enjoyed the concept he brought. Votes in. 7-8

This battle was entertaining on both sides regardless of what others say. Both were pretty even bar wise and matched up perfectly but I had Cel taking it for edging the attack strength. Cant really point out any flaws in the verses being that you guys have your own styles. If I did then it would be that the concepts were either heard before or not very strong. Anyways, good luck

This multi sounded a bit forced.

I actually had to read this a few times to "kinda" like it...I think it's because the "yall scramblin" kinda seems like filler imo

That closer was dope though.

"CONTACT YOU YELL cause this "Combo Got You Screaming" like Mortal KOMBAT'S SINDEL!! I’ll take his champ status in battle, kill him with the HOTTEST PEN SKILL"

Syllable wise, this was good, but as far as actually rhyming it strayed at the "hottest pen skill" 

Wasnt a bad bar, but it kills on how smooth it is...

In the end I think I'll have to go with grief for creativity and harder punches. Fairs in. Goodluck

Damn. This battle is a close one. Wasnt a huge fan of cels opener and his second punch hit but the context (imma beat you at computer rap) despite being true just didnt seem hard for me. Felt like the rest of his verse was pretty solid.

GG had better flow and inner rhyme. Also had some misses in there for me. The cindel bar read awkward to me. I fuck with the oot bar and the closer. 

Went back and forth on this a few times cuz I like different things about each verse. I think I edge it to cel for being a bit more intricate with his setups. Good luck to the winner.

Fuck this was absolute fire. I'm tryna vote quickly to be within the time which I regret cos this is one I'd have liked to have slept on overnight. This is the battle of the round imo, some great lines on either side. Cel my favourite lines of yours are mall mannequins, division and game rebate. I think your opener and closer weren't bad at all, but I think they stood out to me less than the rest of your verse. GG my favourite lines of yours were ocarina of time, wind mill and your opener. I liked the idea for the greaves punch but I think the wording was a bit off. Closer was nice though.

Ultimately I gave this to GG by the narrowest of margins. I think he was slightly more consistent, and I felt his opener and closer were stronger than yours which left a bit more of a lasting impression. Good luck to whoever goes through though. 8-8 with very high 8s to both.

Read through this a couple times and definitely feel GOOD GRIEF takes this one. Both had dope verses without much technical errors (other than spelling) so it came down to smaller facets of each verse. Punch-wise, I think GOOD GRIEF had a bit better setups and flips to his lines than Celsius did. Both were definitely tournament level verses and packed punches but at the end of the day, GG was just a bit more crisp is his execution. I'm not going to talk much about rhyming, as that should be a given considering both battlers level of skill at this point. That only really leaves the judging of this to the punches. With that being said, the line that really tipped me toward GG instead of Celsius was the Zelda/Ocarina line. I don't know why but that was dope to me. Celsius had a good opener but even with the more personal approach I think GG just had an edge here. Good luck to whoever advances.

Aiight playas, this battle was a great read and i enjoyed both. BUUUUUUUUUTTTTTT.....Good Grief had those mutha fuckin haymakers that was off the wall mang. Shit was straight crack bro!! As for Celsius, you had some real nice puns in your verse but it just didnt add up to Griefs connection. The way he executed his puns built momentum and took the house down. Great battle here. Probably my favorite so far. 

Christ this was tough. Both had punches that were for the most part extremely heavy but both also had some slip ups, like Cel's opener and and the super boring selfies bar. Now here's the thing, Cel BEAT Rant last year so that closer falls flat on its face. Other than that, I really loved mannequin and gamestop rebate from Cel and armor greaves and Ocarina of Time from GG but idk how I could've decided otherwise. I might've had Cel by a tiny margin because I think his mannequin line was BOTB, but the factual incorrectness of GG's closer sealed it for me. This is still tighter than an Asian virgin's cunt but I gotta go with Cel. Fair's in.
