Yall will have to excuse the wording of the first line. I work this verse to the very last two minutes and had no choice but to post what was there. I didnt want to noshow. 

That aside, GRizz, GB. N good luck. 

Expo-  He is known for wording and w/ps not working both ways grammatically.  Dry counties prohibit the sale of alchohol. Rest should be easy to catch.

Rai thank god I read your comment before hand because I would not have ben prepared for that opening bar. The readibility on that shit is downright disgusting. It actually put you at a real disadvantage here but in the end, I'm going with Rai because I just felt like top to bottom Rai was producing some better concepts that ended up getting executed into solid punches. Some of Grizz' lines definitely teetered that fine line of being pretty good and being kind of a reach (Jew dishes and the down for the count being a prime example). Overall I got the top lines from both being the Impeachment line and the Reiki line. 

Gl to the winner

Rai, besides the opening multi set the verse read smooth as usual. Up and down with the punch impact. Took a minute to get going, first few were meh. despite the simplicity of the rose punch that was set up and executed well. Memory loss was good imagery and then the Trump punch to cap that set off was your high point. Concept for the closer been used a lot before so that didn't hit as hard despite being written properly. Grizz, derail was alright, the head in the clouds bit was a clever bar and different than I've seen the concept used. Reiki was solid too. Jew dishes was ehh. Like Rais closet, I've seen the down for the count thing a bunch so it didn't hit like the better bars in the verse. Close but I'm gonna edge it to one for being a bit more creative and having one extra standout bar. 

This was a good battle. Winners verse more imaginative, i liked a lot of his concepts more even though some were written weird. Losers verse was good too, but didn't think some of his punches connected as well. Votes in 7-7. 

I swear I voted on this yesterday... weird. Anyway I was actually quite impressed with both battlers here. Rai in particular, I've been quite critical of you the past couple of months, but I think you've fixed a lot of the issues that had been hurting your bars and this is the best I've seen you since you lost the THC. Grizz I think you've been very inconsistent within your verses of late, but I think your verse here lacked any real lowlights and managed to keep up strong punches the whole way through. I wrote up a long-ass bar-by-bar breakdown but lost it somewhere so I'm just gonna look at each of your best and worst bars.

Rai, you said your opener was rushed so I'm not gonna roast it cos I understand but it was really bad, biggest issue being the multi was way too long. Your second bar was your next worst bar though. I just found it really confusing. After spending genuinely over a day considering it I think it's talking about Romanian people living in Hungary leaving their homes behind and go back to Romania. I'm not very confident in this interpretation but it seems plausible there's some event it ties to. However, even though I am someone that is quite interested in ethnic tensions in the Balkans, I found this bar very confusing. It really needed to be explained in the expo, although unless the concept was really simple and just needed a really brief line so it would click for people I think it should have been scrapped, its just not clear enough. Your very next line, the anorexic one, was absolute fire though. I really liked the concept and the personal angle was pretty nice as well. Creative, cleanly executed bar with natural delivery, a real haymaker in my eyes.

GRizzEAT I think a few of your bars here had small problems that didn't stop them landing but did hurt their impact a little, particularly the opener. The wordplay needs to make sense both ways, and "after we give her derail really be off his tracks" does not make logical or grammatical sense. This was a shame because your concept here was actually pretty good. Your best bar was the reiki one. I wrote a one-bar reasonably similar to that themed on reiki for Rai with the Rai-key/reiki wordplay but I never sent it to him so I'm really sad I'll never be able to use it now lol. Very well executed punch, although I don't think the final multi made grammatical sense both ways it still sounded like a natural thing someone would say when read both ways which is what counts. This was a clever and well-executed haymaker in my eyes.

I've changed my mind several times while writing this verse. I feel like Grizz was more consistent because Rai's lows were really low, but Rai's highs were really high too and I think Grizz matched that kind of peak only once. This was a close call for me and after a lot of thought I have my winner, good luck to whoever goes through.

Punch wise, Concepts and Multis. Rai took this. I feel his bars were cleaner and had better connection then Grizz. Although Grizz, i like the outside the box thinking you did....some clever stuff, but its lacking the sting that Rai had. Fv
