Subreals bats were definitely more on the attack, humorous, and structured in the form of a battle verse even though he didn't try too hard. Cool had a nice little rappity rap type flow which I honestly liked and woulda been cool for cyphering out loud but it's not how you write for this. Take a look at some of the verses later in the tournament to see some examples of what you should be aiming for if you wanna continue to improve here.   Batgod FTW

Pretty one sided bout here. Winner went lite but done enough to take the win with punch after punch. Loser needs to focus more on attacking opponents rather than dropping a cypher style piece. Good luck to who ever goes through. Fairs in, I’m out.

Sure, Subreal got this one. COOLDUDE basically wrote a cypher with mostly self directed lines and then some lines that I guess you could say were directed at the opponent but certainly werent punches. Sub got it as his verse actually made sense and was a battle oriented verse with some BATS and little witty 1 liners 

both were light one had obviously better punchlines

Sub - Ya'll peep this faggot cross dressing he likes WEARING HIS THONGS u see dude looks like a lady but it ain't an AEROSMITH SONG! You see, this guy STINKS, HE BOTCHES WRITTENS if this dude beats me in a bar? must've been a DRINKING COMPETITION!  - Not really to sure about where you was trying to go with this. But i wasn't feeling it. You started out weak. But as the verse progressed you picked up momentum and ended up killing it by the end. Your punches stayed fairly consistant after about the 3rd bar. Basic multie rhyme scheme, but effective and done the job.

Dude - Your verse was more of a written cypher to me. It lacked a lot of battle fundamentals. Such as punches, multies, a concept, wordplay etc.. Instead of focusing more on your big words you should use that energy to focus more on adding a punchline every 2 bars. And a increasing rhyme scheme.

I got Sub winning this with a more complete verse. Sub had all the punches, a better rhyme scheme and better concepts while his opponent lacked in most aspects. Not much else to say. 

Sub - Liked the opener and trush fund. Rest was on the lighter, simple end, but consistent and flowed well. No mistakes throughout the verse. 

COOL - Few punch attempts and not all of your verse flowed well, there was some wording issues with some of your lines. Very cypherish, filler verse.

MVGT: Sub - Easy vote here. I'm glad you showed up Cooldude, use this tournament to read the verses of the guys that are winning and improve for the next one. 

I think both have potential...felt like Sub couldve added a bit mpre on da multi rhymes but he wasnt that bad, i thought the drinking bar line was funny so that was good on a entertainment tip and his versed were decent hits...Cooldude is a good MC but this verse i think would great for cyphering. what i recomend is use multis, capped rhymes, and slow it down a bit for set ups and hell get there. ya both did their thing here but im giving it to the one who i felt broug t more to the table. FV 

Subreal was dropping kindergarten bars and he knows it, but it was enough to win here since COOLDUDE didn't really have any proper concepts. Just cypher-like talking without double meanings. So, easy win for Subreal. Fair's in.

subreal had a few old concepts but used them with a pretty solid and fresh twist which is one of the few reasons i generally like reading his verses. while cooldude was smooth flow wise but a little too light with the punchlines throughout his verse which didn't make it too difficult for me to choose my winner here. going with subreal for the better punches here.

the taking a seat, drinking competition, saying a prayer shit were the best quotables of the battle.

I thought this was a very clear battle, but both textcees have a lot of room to improve.

Subreal I know this was essentially a snipe and this wasn't your best work. Your punches were all way too direct, a lot of them didn't really have a double meaning (i.e. "i'll put you on your ass like sitting down") but I'm sure you knew that since you don't wanna use up your strong ideas in the first round of a GC.

COOLDUDE you clearly have mad potential, there was some nice rhyming and flow going on here but you just didn't throw punches. Firstly, you should capitalise your rhyming syllables LIKE THIS or like Subreal did here. Secondly, read up in the guidelines and tutorials on the forums how to write an actual punchline, because although you were attacking your opponent you weren't really coming up with double meanings and punches which is what is necessary to win battles.

Other rapper needs to step it up, fix the broke multies and cap them. Take the punches and setups to the next level, take this "L", and ELEVATE.  

One sided battle here. My winner showed the stronger display of the fundamentals which took this clearly for them.
