Only thing I think needs an expo: Kunta Kinte is a character in the movie "Roots," and there's a scene in which he gets the hell whipped out of him.

the second half of the verse from both sides went darker than the black hole all of a sudden and pretty equally matched as per the topic.

edge had the weed whacker and taking his hands lines while shodan had the beatbox.

First edge had the barbed wire play which was fine i didn't personally did the jesus bit since thats pretty played and i didn't dig the titanic play from sho either. 

but then again both had real good puns with the plumbers and aborists bit. but i think shodan still had the better first half.

so it all comes down to only who was darker as per the topic and i felt it was edge, his verse felt all sorts of dark almost throughout while sho's verse felt a lil too stylish to be dark enough imo.

You guys made this too close. Very clean verses from both, not much to criticize. For me it came down to a slight edge in freshness. Fairs in, dope one guys.

Both were great. In my opinion edgeworth was more raw n griddy telling a story like a horror movie making it easier to follow and hit harder. Fairs in.

EDGES HIGHLIGHTS WERE THA ''JESUS'' OPENER, THA ''WANTED TO MARRY HER'' BAR AND THA ''HUMAN CENTIPEDE'' CLOSER.  DIDNT LIKE THA ''PUSHIN MOANS N GROWNS'' MULTI THO THAT DID SEEM SLIGHTLY FORCED TO ME....... HIGHLIGHTS FROM SHO WERE THA ''TITANIC'' AND ''BEATBOX'' PARTS, ALSO LIKED ALL THA ''PIPES, VALVES AN VEINS'' STUFF YOU DID AT THA START.  DID FEEL YOU MULTI SETS WERE TOO LONG IN PARTS WHICH READ FOR A SLIGHTLY AWKWARD READ SOMETIMES. SOME OF SHODANS MULTIs TO ME WERE WEIRD BUT IM NOT GONNA TAKE THAT INTO ACCOUNT HERE, WEVE CLEARLY ESTABLISHED PREVIOUSLY THAT WE HAVE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ACCENTS AN WAYS OF SAYIN CERTAIN WORDS SO LIKE I SAID I WONT BE HAVING THAT HAVE ANY INFLUENCE ON MY FINAL DECISION...... ALL IN ALL BOTH WERE VERY CONSISTANT WITH STICKIN TO THA SCHEME, THIS BASICALLY CAME DOWN TO WHICH VERSE I ENJOYED MORE.  I FELT BOTH HAD STRONG HAYMAKERS WHERE ONE BATTLER TOOK A MORE CLEVER APPROACH WHILE THA OTHER FOCUSED ON HITTIN HARD...... TOUGH ONE THIS BUT MY FAIR IS DROPPED, GL TO BOTH.

So this was close, and a very deserving final. That said I had a few issues with both verses. Edgeworth all around good verse, felt yours was the more horror core out of the two.  Props on that. Didnt really like your opener, if I'm honest, it was a low point.  But you picked up after that with the "proFESSIONAL ARBORISTS!!" Line, which was botb for me. Very clever stuff. Other than the closing human centipede bar, because I used the same concept on you in a horror core battle. Very different wording though, not saying you stole that shit! Lol

Shodan..  you pick on everybody for using material that has been used before. The "music to my ears" has been done by two people, and you voted on both battles to which it originated. Bleu and enjoy used it. So points off for not being original or creative on that bar. Concept was cool though. Wasn't feeling the closing multies, it was very choppy and hurt the execution of the bar. Other than that nice verse. Favorite bar from you was "Do you feel a chill in your veins yet? This GUY LACKS "AN-ICE FLOW," THAT'S FOR SURE!! Hear the Guy-Scream when "Leaking Vessels have him Hittin the High-Cs" like TITANIC LIFEBOAT PASSENGERS!!!"

This was a decent final. I gotta go w/ Edge though, after a few reads. His wording and rhyming throughout was much cleaner. Bar wise and conceptually I thought both brought it, wasn't feeling Edge's closer or opener to be honest, but the rest was flames. Shodan's High-C's bar was nice, but I felt like the rhyming let it down, & I really fucked with his gear / pavement concept too. Over-all I got Edge taking this with one-two more hits and the better wording/rhyming (apart from that forced pushing moans and groans multi). Great job to both of you for making it here. Good luck and congraluations to the victor. Fairs in, yall.

Both had good concepts so it was hard to just go off the concept battle it's self . So I went off bars

Fire fuckin battle gents! I feel like both guys really showed out and did great jobs with the concept given. Shodan masreful execution here as far as text goes you showed poise and stamina against a heavyweight very creative you know how to craft a verse well some nice shots in there My favorite from you was "Or whine for help as I smash your jaw, and if you SCREAM I'LL RECORD IT, cause it's "Music to my ears" when I "Use your Mouth like a Drum" no BEATBOX PERFORMANCE!!!" nicely done. Edgeworth you came with a champions drop the fluidity and consistency was top tier. You made me feel like i was reading a horror flicks script in rhyme form. You had botb with "Drag em inside where it's Surprise! find his whore sister hangin, mutilated, hear him PUSHIN MOANS N GROANS, explain I had to put a weed whacker through her pussy since that "BUSH WAS OVERGROWN!!"🔥🔥💪🤣 The human centipede line to close was DISGUSTING! Definately finals worthy guys i really appreciate the effort put in here so im rollin with Edge on this one felt like he did more with the concept in a much more stylish way much RESPECT and congrats to the one who takes the title fairs in💯

Aight I’ll be judging this based on 2 things, 1. Multi’s. 2. Quality of Gore. Also, as someone who likes gory literature and writing gory fiction, this will be fun to rate. I’ll also be judging on scariness too, which includes ambiance, word choice and descriptiveness. Punchlines will also be judged.

Edge: No broken multi’s as far as I can tell, but the multi’s were really short for a tournament battle. Multi’s were pretty clean for the most part, though lines like “pushing” “bush was”, though that might be down to to an accent thing. You really hit the gory humour off to a tee though, with lines like the aforementioned bush lines being hilariously disgusting, and the human centipede lines and it’s predecessors being really nice descriptives of gore, and actually being a bit “scary” per-se. Overall though, it didn’t really build up an atmosphere/ambiance, but it did have perfectly described gore, and good word choice. Punchlines weren’t that heavy, though that’s mostly due to the concept.

Shodan: No broken multi’s as far as I can tell, and the multi’s were really long too which was a huge bonus factor, though the 2nd and 3rd scheme seemed like they were stretches. Although your writing was more clean from a technical standpoint, it wasn’t from a gory violence standpoint. The metaphors were nice, but didn’t work as spell in building up ambiance’s or gore as well as just describing it would’ve. This verse was very creative too, but like Edge’s wasn’t really scary and didn’t build up that much ambiance either, and like Edge, Punchlines weren’t that heavy, but as said as well it can be down to the concept. Overall, excellent multi’s, Good creativity and good word choice.
