Both bars had minor issues with execution which I decided to overlook. Saiii, I'm not aware of a way that fortune rhymes with over/folders. That being said, it always annoys me when something rhymes in my accent but voters say it doesn't rhyme, so I gave you the benefit of the doubt that it did. sWORDz, your middle multi had one fewer multi than the first and third did. However, I also gave you the benefit of the doubt that you meant to type "harp n a guitarist pimpin" in which case the multis would string together cleanly. So all in all, although neither bar had perfect execution, each only had minor blips which were about equal in magnitude.

Both verses had some very impressive wordplay, sWORDz probably had a bit much to the point where it detracted from the clarity of the verse, whereas Saiii could have used a bit more ideally. In the end I felt one bar's punches were able to do more damage directed against their opponent, good luck to both though, good battle!

My choice was smoother and slightly better conceptually..

Best one of these I've read so far. Some dope battles no doubt but this stood out because both dudes brought heat. One edges IMO but I can see this going either way. Nice punch from both big stings yo

I think one went overboard here didn’t follow what’s required of the tourney, one was smooth enough in his approach and had a beter execution. 

One was a little more flat than the other
