Okay........so Jimmy, your verse was very enjoyable because of how many personals there were. You can never go wrong with those. The first rhymescheme was a bit stretched out and I would've liked to see the big finale punch come quicker but it was still constructed nicely. OMG, your response was alright. What threw me off about you was the amount of broken multies throughout your verse. You're a vet who knows how important multies are. I feel like that was a weak point in your verse. Your personals were tight and I could see where you were trying to go with a lot of them but it's the classic case of great ideas that need better execution. Fair vote is in fellas. Vote concealed.

I think this was fairly clear. One's bars were simply more solid execution-wise and showed more mature development as a battle rapper. The other dude threw some punches, without a doubt, but was below his opponent in every aspect. Fair's in.

This went to Jimmy Hoffa. Couple cool bars. The rest were hitting but not quite as hard. Mac had too much filler. The middle of his verse was lost. Shoulda thru another punch or two in there. JH was consistently jabbing and that won it. Mac picked it up during the end but wasn't enough. Close besides that.

Damn this one went up quick. 

Hmm. I gotta do some more thinking about how I feel about this one. I'll be back.

Dope battle for sure! Congrats to both of you first of all for getting to the second round. Jimmy your first bar was mad, the connections an the final blow we’re 10 out of 10 for me. I didn’t know Mac was Rohan so that next punch was a bit of a shock that was nice lol the rest was decent but not as nice as the first half. Now macc I think has stepped his bar game up a lot for this tourney but to match Hoffas first bar would take a lot. It was definitely Multie heavy but I don’t think it had the overall punch intended for me as the wordplay was a tad off. The next punch again was Multie heavy an the flow was really nice to read. The dough rise biscuit punch is a little bit played but was still a decent jab. The debatable wordplay was deffo of in my view though but all in all this was a nice first battle of the second round votes in.

Nice bout. Macc deffo stepped it up a level here. Think one was more consistent with their punches and had less filler. The more impactful verse took this. GL fellas. Fairs in. 

Both had good structure, the inner multies threw me offa little but once I re read it came out dope, one had the slight punch advantage due to more creative build..Macs first bar was def dope, and Jimmy had decent builds but a couple of the punches fell flat for me 

good battle but I felt one was more entertaining 

Imma give it to Oh My God for straight trolling, the "feeling the fame" and "nineteen eighty two" lines got me

I really enjoyed this battle. From begging to end Jimmy came with it. Macc on the other hand started to fall off in my opinion. Fv is in as always

Dope battle here. I just felt one edged it with a cleaner set up and punches. Both did their thing tho and brought personals to the table which made it entertaining. Had to read twice and I'm finally gonna give it to the person I felt connected more. The certi vote is in. Respect to both MC's

Both weren't at their best here. Found too many dry spots in both verses. Lock the whole section ending with the star wars punch could have been trimmed down. The punch would be way more effective without all of that unnecessary build-up. Macc I feel like you wasted mad space with that whole part about you guys having a lot of names. There was no diss there, less you're self-deprecating. I basically got my winner based off of who actually threw more punches, as well as connecting ideas. Entertaining read tho. Gs 

My winner was selected purely on preference alone rather than any criteria based voting as these two both clearly nailed. In saying that, both boxes were good reads and tbh was about as close to a draw as possible, so it came down to flow and the winner, in my mind, had more of it which complimented the overall verse.

So some Thots after deliberation. I thought that Jimmy had a lot of decent personals, but I didn't feel like any of them were really that creative or interesting. They all seemed like shit that literally anyone could say. I mean, I typically like Lock's work and there's nothing wrong with the verse, just a lot of it is okay to me. I thought Macc probably had some more creative lines simply because that's something he focused on a lot more. I thought some of the wordplays were forced, and some of the wording was poor. At the end of the day,I thought both verses had ups and downs, gonna go for lock since he had a more consistent verse.

Pretty even here, one had a weird start, but still good and kept getting better. One I think had better schemes and overall message, but had a few more reaches. so I edged the winner, barely. great battle guys! fv.

Lock was much more consistent in his set ups. Macc had some questionable word play and wonky execution. The only thing I cam really take away from lock here is his choice of some concepts, but that's pretty subjective. Technically he was very sound. Could have took some bigger risks but it wasn't really necessary.
