Good battle, both were solid with overall rhymes and multies. One had better wordplay and complexity.

Good battle. I have a winner here but it could come down as a matter of preferences. Both battles had some nice punches and clever concepts but I felt one verse was just more saturated with material. I do gotta say, I wasn't in love with ceks conceited type bar but for the most part the rest of his verse was sick. Good read guys.

HUSTLEGANG! Dope shit Spree. That meta world peace bar was crazy. Good battle fellas.

Cekspree: opener was tough, don't know who that tag team is but they sound raw lol. Solid vocabulary couple solid punchlines. Paranoid Connect line was fucking fire. Also the wonder bread scheme, Dope! i feel you started to fall off lyrically and flow wise with that Meta scheme, You're last 4 bars should of been stronger in my opinion.. Nick: opener was tough. Fresh but not spectacular concepts throughout most of your verse, which lead to solid punchlines, I dig the cocky flow "I'm basically staff" dope.. 'x rated' line was nice. You're second to last bar didn't rhyme. Decision: possibly my favorite battle of round 2, will see once all the battles are in. Both Cek and Nick put on a good performance here. Since nicks a mod I'm not gonna conceal my vote. I'm giving this one to Nick, barely edging this only by his stronger concepts. Cek I feel the vote could have gone you're way if you had finished harder. Votes in even 9.0/9.0

Cekspree had some solid punches but the scheming was really overwrought in a lot of places... it just felt unnatural. Plus, the "what you sailors seamen" concept didn't work both ways. Opener was fucking heavy though. I don't get the Knicks line (sorry) so not gonna give or take points away for it even though it seems pretty complex. Nick, first line was dope, although I'm not sure if it justified as much of a setup as it got. The rest was cleanly executed but nothing was exceptionally creative. This is good punches with mediocre execution versus mediocre punches with good execution. I have my winner, I guess. Fair's in.

Dope battle. Might be the BOTR tbh. My winner overall had the cleaner verse w/ more personal angles. One threw more jabs but relied to much on name play and wp that doesn't work both ways.

Both good here both prepared very well

Cesk you had consistant punches good wordplay along with name flips however a couple of ya punches didnt land like they should have [ meta world piece bar for example]

Nic your bars had more substance and were more original no question but ya verse had alot of filler an made it feel like it took a while to get to the punch

So my fv is in thumbs up.to both

Close bout. I think it took nicholas a second to pick up steam but once he did he started hitting with some creative and somehwat personal stuff...the margin closer was a nice finisher.  Cekspree brought his normally complex rhymes to the table....some multis worked better than others but all in all, mostly well executed. Cek's opener was fire and he showed creativity throughout. Knicks line and semen line were kinda low points but finished strong. Overall, Spree was more consistent start to finish and that edged it here. good shit fellas.

This was cool i felt one hit slightly stronger do the fact they were attacking from the beginin'...The other took sometime to get into it...I think i base my decision on the fact one took a bit to get into their punches...Otherwise it was really close

Read both verses a couple of times and I gotta say that I thoroughly enjoyed this battle. Both had some well thought out lines here, one was cleaner with the execution and fluiditity of the verse,  other brought a more aggressive style to the table. Tough to call potential BOTR imo

This battle was real nice fellas.  Cek had a more complex and WP filled verse.  Some of his WP's were pretty fuckin great tbh, some were forced and awkward.  His punches were on point pretty much the whole way through despite some goofy wording.  Nick had a much smoother read that flowed better.  He also had more personals which were hittin hard for me.  Some of the bars may not have connected with readers who are unfamiliar with Cek though, especially the closer.  I'm going with who I thought edged it with a higher punch count.

Staff Hall Of Famer

I honestly thought Cekspree took this one with a more creative verse. The concepts he used had more visualisation and he did a good job of maintaining relevance. Nick did an okay job too, but Cekspree had more lines that stood out to me. Fairness.

Best of this round to me.. Both did a little jabbing but one threw a heavyweight punch from da jump. That high leveled bar was the only thing that stood out to me. It was a battle . took me 5 reads to vote fv i fellas
