slip on shoes line and the multi set up was good but it was a "defeat" bar, thought this was going to be a 100 percent win for you until i heard noir

noir started with a punchline i felt more than zookas,after that i thought most the battle was then level but what edged it in the end was noirs comfort zone scheme, this could go either way tho just a matter of taste both come dope

Barzooka came with definitely the strongest verse I think I've ever heard from him. Bleu came pretty hard too, but nowhere near the level I'd expect from someone of his reputation and skill level. That made this a very hard battle to judge. Barzooka's delivery in general had better energy imo, but Bleu's was smoother without any hiccups. Zooka also landed more punches, but the few that Bleu landed properly were at a much higher level. This was a very tough call after several listens and reads, could go either way. GL to whoever advances!

Can tell gucci been working on his craft, you've stepped up lyrically and your deliverys a lot better now, Australia bar was the standout, overall a decent verse. Noir had some dope shit, the closer was hard, good shit. Felt noir got the dub by being a step ahead w/ the pen game, dope battle fellas. 

Man, this was a really good battle. I like the energy. Barz sounded like he could knock you out in one punch at the bar. I know Noir is a laid back cat, and throwing his punches as well, i just see both dudes at the bar wrestling and shit. im feeling the flows from both sides but i would like to see another round. Both were really good, but i think Barz has the potential to swing harder. But, if were talking about wits, I think Noir hit it, but i think Barz is a monster from New York the birth of hip hop and Noir aint repping nothing.

the ties to defeat was something you should have scratched lol either way its a pretty good round I just don't think it matches the cadence and delivery of noir.. I do thnk noir left the door open in this battle with a couple awkward bars (maybe rushing?)  but in the end still came through with the W in my honrest opinion.. just overall smoothness of the verse and how he made his punches land just worked for me better

Nice battle here. Bar had dope delivery but too many basic concepts. defeat, douchebag etc etc The Seul personal was tight tho. Noir's first half was dope both concepts and flow but the 2nd half seemed like he was kinda bored tbh, both pen and delivery wise. Close one, i think bar was more consistant but Noir had higher highs. 8-8 Noir.

Yo you two mf were neck and neck bro wtf this a hard one I listened like 3 times and keep going back and forward on who is taken this. One had better delivery and one slightly better bars could go either way but have to pick one.. y'all should do a best 2 out of 3 after this. It was dope fairs in(BARS)

Alright. A lot of people are probably gonna think this is controversial but I've got Barzooka winning this battle. Bar wise? Both had a lot of filler, and I mean a LOT. Both had lots of lines that were just statements, and other things that just didn't really mean anything, didn't have a flip to them, or the flip to them was so basic that I wasn't giving it points at all. But, with that said, I still feel like Barzooka was throwing punches and connecting slightly more often, as there's really only 2 punches here I'm willing to respect from Bleu.

Mic wise? I mean, barzooka did have a little stumble, but I feel like he just brought a lot more energy and aggression to his drop that made Bleu sound sleepy and laid back by comparison.

I think what happened here was Bleu took a calculated risk. He wasn't about to waste his hot bars and shit. And really, I did the same thing against TheDeterminator in the Text GC. Knowing what i knew about TheDeterminator, having read a ton of his battles, I was very confident I could come with a verse that just had solid structure and rhyming, and as long as i threw 2-3 solid punches I could completely fuck around with the rest of my bars and still take it. That's basically what happened, as I only had like 2-3 serious lines and the rest were intentionally awful bars or pure filler and I still pulled away just on structure and top end punch strength alone. So I think Bleu took the same risk here. Knowing what he knew about Barzooka, he figured he'd submit a verse with less than his usual mic presence and a couple solid punches with super light jabs sprinkled in and be able to take the W. 

and I mean, really, against practically every verse I've ever heard from Barzooka, he definitely would have. Barzooka is known for screaming into the mic or just saying random ass shit 90% of the time. But, he actually came with an effort in this battle and I don't think it would be fair to still award this battle to Bleu just because I know the calculated risks he took behind it. I think with even like 10% more effort Bleu would have walked all over Barzooka here easily.

Tbh, I still expect Bleu to win this battle because that's just how she goes but these are my honest thoughts on the battle. Fair is in.

Dope battle here. Clash of way different styles here. Barz: I've only really seen you freestyle so this was the best I've seen from you. You have a really aggressive delivery and flow. I do like it but At times it sounded too rushed and can come off a bit awkward when theres no real emphasis on the multisyllables. The actual bars in your verse were up pretty nice for the most part. Low points were the defeat line and dudes snatch is hot n bushy. High points were the soul food and heimlich (both of those were nice)Noir: You came w/ your signature laid back flow. Comes off smooth. Wasn't feeling the whole soads of foam ish I thought that was really light from you. Instagram page and water to wine scheme were really nice though. Overall: I've got Noir taking this battle based on his mic presence and bars that stuck out a bit more to me due to creativity. 

One just went nutty. Both were hard and I felt delivery from the both of y'all. Personals and harder hits took this for me g

Bleu's named used to be "Indica" which is a strand of weed (like Master Kush, Grape Ape, etc) that's known for putting people to sleep.

Oh well. This was a good battle. Next time it'll be much, much more different, however.

I don't even think the mods would care if that even was a buddy vote at this point. I know Flakko is hella tight with Bleu but whatever, mods wanted to close the battle early anyways on me. Votes weren't even open for two days. They just wanted to push me out of way already. It is what it is.
