She starts up the car, feeling drained from her stressed life,
All she see's is the torrential rain in the headlights,
He's there on the backseat, aiming at head height,
Then the director yells "cut!, lets take it again guys".
Her home life is making this scene hard to act out,
No matter how hard she tries she can't deny the facts how,
Even though she knows that she's far from that now,
She's spent months now living under and dark and black cloud.
See for a Hollywood star that was known to the business she lived a lonely existence,
Since her husband passed she felt alone and she missed him,
Now one man made her feel like her home was a prison,
Outside, roaming, probing his victim.
He made her feel nervous, awkward and strange,
Her stalker would wait there trawling for ways,
To get past the gates sometimes more than a day,
And maybe one day get through the door of her place.
Even before her husband's death he'd pester them both, and question their oath,
Saying it wasn't true love and leaving affectionate notes,
She'd pick up the receiver and start pressing the phone to have him arrested but no,
The story to the police and the press was a joke.
The police told her "there's no point in ringing it through",
"He's not committed a crime, we can't bring in the dude",
"Without an offence there's just not a thing we could do",
"Plus, that's the pressure that Hollywood brings with it to".
She had no hope left, the fountain had dried up,
Then after what seemed like a mountain to climb up,
The police pulled him in, straight out of blind luck,
All she had to do was pick him out of a line up.
She enters slowly, she's taking her care with,
The whole process, she's shaking yet scared stiff,
He's not in line up, she leaves frustrated and swearing,
She gets in her car, vacant and starring.

Black Book <GSchemeSho>	One person's structure just bothered me too much. It made the flow choppy and hard to read. Their story was also sort of bland. Nothing crazy. IV <Androidz> Live Battler	Fucking dope. Like seriously one really impressed me here, one of the best verses I've read on LB, only advice I can give is proof read and make sure you don't make ANY dumb typos or grammar errors the tournament is yours. The other put some effort and imagination in, definitely did something different and wasn't predictable but it just wasn't enough, was a bit messy and random. Fair vote is in.
