He just won the title off city. He's too old to spend 2 of 3 years rebuilding. So he bowed out on a high. If you look at the squad I think that's pretty obvious. And who can blame him?

When we lost to Cardiff who are newly promoted from the championship?

Barely holding on to a Europa League spot. Their talent isn't great, but Managers at places like: Southampton & Villa are doing more with less.
