I seem to recall saying there were like 3 people on the card that would have been better off in Ricans spot. That sucks esso. It's also a shitty start to this big new thing. Are we drowning a champ who didn't even have to play? Are we going thankless until next round of battles? I know ricans your homie @RULE, but that was a poor choice.

Esso Vs Rican

The first ever scheduled THC Title match was let down by the disappointing no show from long time heavyweight Rican. Esso wrote and submitted his verse but didnt get the chance to show the site what he had cooked up. As per THC rules the title cannot be won via a no-show, so Esso will headline the next card in the Championship match as the recipient.

LA Are Kin Vs Nicholas
No-Show

Another disappointing no-show, this time from Larkin.


Enfinite Vs Rai
No-Show

No-show from the veteran Enfinite.


Rant Vs Mind Fuck
% - %

Late starting battle. TBC.


Prob Vs MaCc
72% - 28%

Strong showing from both battlers here. Voters were torn between the two verses with Prob coming out on top with a polished performance. Both had strong showings.


Aggo Vs Nessie Menace
94% - 6%

Dominant performance from Aggo, who wrote like he had something to prove with this verse. Garnering almost every vote. Nessie was solid and continues to elevate but was out-classed on this day.


MC KG Vs Subreal
20% - 80%

A very good battle here between an up-and-comer and a returning to battling vet. KG had a solid drop but Subreals creativity was too much for him to overcome. Showing glimpses of the promise that has appeared in recent Grand Championship tournaments.


Brayne Ded Vs DaBeastDT
62% - 38%

Perhaps the only upset on the card, the new face Brayne Ded pulling out the victory over long time veteran DT. Bray showing mad potential in his verse while DT dropped a typical DT verse.
