I don't understand how it's decided who's eligible. I changed Anarchists VP to 0 when he got banned for multiple hate voting, so if you can only be eligible to try out for FVC is you have 2VP then..

The current FVC does need to vote on battles tho...i posted a link on Manhattans and Fayz's thread but no vote...Fayz also dropped a battle after that but completely ignored the fact that i posted the link...not complaining,just my opinion
