So I ended up working with a trainer but I think he's killing me.
I wanted to bulk up and he's cut my carbs out almost entirely and has me eating 1lb of hamburger meat through out the day. Either that or fish and veggies.
I've definitely put on muscle but I've felt like dog shit the last week...

Like you feel heavy? Probably the extra calories, I’ve delved into bulking a bit before and if you’re not used to the extra food, your body feels like a dump truck and eating becomes a chore. You could try something cleaner like ground turkey or chicken but you’d have to eat even more. Lol just my too cents
