the whole 'customer' shit is whack. unless you pay, you are a USER. you consume what the site offers at your will and at your risk. at the doctor you arent a fucking customer, you are a patient, seeking the consumption of professional medical help.

...that being said, USERS are likely the best group to consult with if you are interested in improving the product.
