Scheme Tournament #7 Predictions
Mine:
Slick Ray vs MC KG [5:1] - Slick Ray has a uniquely humorous and personal style, which is love-it-or-hate-it in my experience. I love it more often than not, but he has his bad days too, especially considering how rusty he must be. I don't think MC KG has much of a chance though - he's just too basic.
Letum vs Alzie [6:1] - Letum's not the greatest but he's a veteran. I could see Alzie pulling out an upset here though... he's elevated recently.
Coffin Dodger vs Xwizit [50:1] - Let's be real. If both show, there's no foreseeable way that Coffin Dodger wins this match...
iFamine vs Rai - I won't make a prediction on this match since I don't know iFamine well enough.
envoy vs The Most High - I won't make a prediction on this match since I don't know either competitor well enough.
Erron Black vs NOT3S [1000:1] - I don't know NOT3S very well either, but from what little I've seen, Erron Black would easily dispatch him 100-0 with practically zero effort.
TonganKidd vs Bape [100:1] - Bape isn't the most powerful presence on here, not even close, but he at least is capable of writing coherent bars with creative punchlines. TonganKidd, insofar as I've seen, isn't, and that's why he'll get stomped.
SinCredible vs Malishus [500:1] - Malishus is unbelievably overrated, but even if he weren't, he'd still dispose of SinCredible without a fight. As it is, SinCredible has no chance.
Saiyan vs KONA [10:1] - I can kind of vaguely see KONA pulling off an upset here, but it doesn't seem likely. Saiyan is just more advanced, despite his inconsistency and frequent flaws in execution.
Shodan vs Bongo Bear [∞:1] - obvious 100-0
Mind Fuck vs Mizz Ammo [500:1] - Mind Fuck is trash but the only way Mizz Ammo is winning this is if Mind Fuck overdoses on fentanyl like we've all been hoping he would for the last 10 years
HVK vs JWall [?:1] - I don't know how to call this one. JWall hasn't battled in a long ass time, but if his scheme tourney performance is the same as his most recent battles, I'm leaning slightly towards HVK. Also I have to hate on JWall for his quasi-avy-jacking of DaDDiO. I'm very curious to see how this one will turn out...
Conclusion: No battles are even remotely close. Battle Of The Round will either be Slick Ray vs MC KG or Saiyan vs KONA, which attests to just how weak this first round is. I fully expect Slick Ray to no-show, by the way.
