First Up is -SoupErb, at the most, 8 Hours from this post he must pick someone from the draft board.

Failure to meet the 8 hour deadline will result in losing your pick for that round.

NOTE: TRADES MAY GO DOWN BETWEEN LEADERS AFTER THE DRAFT. BUT YOU MUST KEEP YOUR CREW AT 8 MEMBERS INCLUDING THE LEADER. (Which may mean you have to pick up a FA at a time.)
