Caught up on this situation, shit seems fairly straightforward to me tho.
1. There isnt but SHOULD be a rule on track uploads, thats our bad for not offically making one.
2. (If i understand correctly...) Just C asked Rigga to take down the tracks he'd uploaded over that were deemed overkill. Rigga declined to do so(?) And was rightly banned (If he was refusing).
the system needs fixing but ultimately Just C was right to issue a short ban for the offence.

Second of all, I have 19 tracks on my mixtape. but yet I can quote Just C in this thread multiple times crying how I uploaded MOST of the mixtape, and then he said HALF.
