Yeah, I discussed this with @Subreal. Lets shoot for 16 teams but if we don't reach it there will be some passes in the first round. I think a fairer way to do it would be random selection though.

Yeah, I don't know if there's a good way to do byes but random seems silly too. Say two teams that aren't great both get byes, when realistically one of them wouldn't make it. Maybe seeds is the better route, it's just how do you subjectively choose those seeds?

The only 'subjective' way of doing this is a poll. Like when we issued wildcards to some people on here.T he people who would receive that wildcard where mostly voted by the members.

We all vote on four teams (apart from ours) and the teams with the most votes get seeded. Can't think of any other way...but tbh i hope we find 4 more teams
