Why Does A Regular Member Have Access To Mod Lounge?

For some reason @ Bleu never lost his access to the mod lounge when he was demodded at his own request. He has confirmed it himself, and I have heard it from others. You can see how concerning this could be to the rest of the members here, as he is currently not a mod.
For those of you who dont know, the mod lounge is a specific forum made just for the mods to either, discuss how their going to tackle issues, plan new things for the site, etc. Things of that nature. If @ Bleu wants to make a choice on anything, it should be in regular polls like the rest of us regular folk.
