The LBA Championship Ranking Table
How Did We Form The Contender List?
The first champion was founded via a 32 man knockout tournament hosted by @SWAVY
The following top ten contenders list was then created by a public poll, in which any reasonably nominated battler was added to it. This is how we created the top ten contenders.
How Do I Get Onto The Contenders List?
Now that the top ten is established, there are multiple ways people can get onto the list:
1. If anyone on the contenders list is defeated in an audio battle of any kind, they lose their spot to whomever defeated them. Example - If Just C is ranked number 3, and loses an open audio battle to Bnas, Bnas then becomes the 3rd ranked contender, whilst Just C falls off the list.
2. Any contender inactive for more than 14 days will automatically fall of the list, with a new member being added in the number ten slot. (That member will be decided by the LBA Championship Moderator.)
3. Any contender banned for a site offense will be taken off the list, with a new member being added in the number ten slot. (That member will be decided by the LBA Championship Moderator.)
Who Gets A Title Shot?
The number one contender is the ONLY person granted the power to be involved in a title match. The number one contender is then given his or her title shot for that weeks set of fixtures and must send to the champion according to the stipulations set by the moderator (60 sec, 2 min, due date ect). If the chosen contender fails to meet this deadline, or for any reason chooses to decline, then they will be moved to the bottom of the contenders list.
What Happens To A Defeated Champion?
A defeated champion will be placed at the number 5 ranking spot. this gives them a chance to rise up the contender ladder quicker. This means that the number two, number three and number 4 ranked contenders will move up a spot each. This will nullify the possibility of two battlers contesting over the title solely for long periods of time.
What If The Champion Goes Inactive?
If a champion fails to reply to a sent championship battle within the due date set, the champion then forfeits the title, and the number one and two ranked contenders will battle for the title. ALL battles will have NO flipping.
The former champion will be placed at number 5 on the ranking, with the original numbers 2, 3 AND 4 being entered into the title match.
What Stipulations Are The Championship Battle?
All LBA Championship matches MUST be between 1-2 Minutes in length, and MUST be written, NOT freestyles. The moderator arranging the weekly/fortnightly fixtures picks the time amount and deadlines to help make for a more smoother operation. Contenders pick and nothing gets done.
What Happens To The Usertitle If I Lose The Belt?
The LBA Champion title will be placed on the champion, and removed from the former to be replaced with a 1X LBA Champion title, and so on and so forth the more you win it.
The next post will display the champion, and top ten contenders list. This can and will be updated by any moderator provided with a link or information showing the need for it to be changed as with accordance to the rules stated above.
