Fvc members/bad vote removal - Lets Beef

Should fvc members be able to delete bad votes?

I was on a voting binge until i came across a vote with a 1-10 rating. Not unusual, however the 1 was for the better of the two verses... https://www.letsbeef.com/battle_deta...651&section=tb
I personally think it should be allowed for fvc members to delete these kinds of votes, as we are the heart of the voting for the site.
