When you think about it this could be some kind of crazy ass experiment to see how people react to the disease. If for some reason it doesn't affect someone or it affects them less wouldn't that be a good reason to study their genetics or w/e?

In a way Ebola patients are the walking dead, because the clock's ticking on their life and we're doing what we can to avoid them.
