How is Rieper not a HOF yet?

I was against the HOF recommendation probably about a year ago? But I think it's truly warranted now and it couldn't go to a better person. Some of the newer guys probably won't realise how fucking hard Lock grinded for those titles, dude played second fiddle for years and now he's reached the top in a big way. It's good to see.
