Way too early to tell but here's a couple
Defensive player of the year= Troy Polamalu always has a chance, havent really seen individual stats to pick just one person though
Offensive player of the year= Wes Welker (If he continues snapping)
Coach of the year= Chan Gailey (BUF)
Comeback player of the year= Matthew Stafford
Offensive ROTY= Daniel Thomas, Cam Newton, or AJ Green...Most likely Newton or Thomas
Defensive ROTY= Not too sure on this one...Von Miller possibly
MVP= Most likely a QB....Prob Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers
Brees, McFadden, McCoy a couple of guys that might be up there too, def too early to tell, but based on 3 weeks that's my predictions

Yeah Jim Schwartz(DET) def has a chance...Wouldn't say Cam Newton by a landslide though...He only has 4 passing TD's and 4 INT's (does have 2 rush TDs though) but Daniel Thomas missed 1st game and has 239 total yards last 2 games and should be putting up some numbers, so don't count him out....Like you said alot of this will be based on how the team does overall though
