Watched Man Of Steel... SPOILERS

It had it's flaws but I fucking Loved this movie.

I don't know if ya'll agree but is Faora Ul not the baddest bitch ever? holy fuck Antje Traue MURDERED that role.





And is this not the slickest action sequence based dialogue ever?

Faora-Ul basically punches Superman into a wall, he gets up, lunges at her, she just steps out the way like it's nothing, supermans all off balance and got this confused wtf face going on, he turns around to face her and she says

"You're weak, son of El. Un sure of your self"

He try's to take her on again. 4 or 5 punches, none of them land then BAM... she punches him sending him flying back across the room. She continues..

"The fact that you possess a sense of morality, and we do not, gives us an evolutionary advantage"

He gets up, lunges again, she grips him, lifts him up by the throat, then slams him to the floor.

"And if History has proven ANYTHING"

*lifts him back up then launches him flying across the street into another building* *she comes crashing through the roof landing cleanly on her feet then finishes*

"...It is that evolution always wins."

Then fucking BOOM!!. the fight back begins

Don't get me started on the musical score.

I went to the movies to see this a few weeks back.. Def was a dope movie. The action/fighting was out of this world *literally* The ending was a bit weird but the last fight.. shees!

Yeah I wasn't feeling the whole Daily Planet/Clarke in glasses thing either, if that's what you mean? it doesn't fit with the new angle their tryna take superman. The whole film was trying to be serious, then they force in this whole glasses shit like it disguises him. what next? he jumps into a phone booth, spins around and flys out as superman?

That might have worked in the family friendly 80's versions but it doesn't fit with the "darker" more "realistic" angle. it def had it's out of place cheesy moments but all in all I loved it.

i didn't mean that but that is a good point.. i fell asleep during like the first 20 minutes of the movie cause i had stayed up all night so i gotta catch up with the beginning.. idk whats with every super-hero this year but they're all turning out to be fucking ccrazy.. Nah I haven't seen PR yet but I've heard it's pretty sick, even better action than Man Of Steel. So I'm def going to be checking it out.

Ya I really liked this movie....felt it was filmed really well and the whole action scenes were mad slick. My only problem w/ it was the villain General Zod (Michael Shannon) and also Lois Lane (Amy Adams) they both didn't really fit the character imo.
