Chavez went 89-0-1 before he lost for the first time which I always assumed was the longest winning streak in boxing ... But I just realised... Sugar ray Robinson went 40-0 before he lost to jake Lamotta but after that he ended up 128-1-2 before his next loss .. So he went 90 fights undefeated in a row too

Thing is Robinson beat Lamotta 5 times and only lost to him that one time ... So if it wasn't for that little slip up he could've went undefeated in 131 fights

woah alot of yal are buggin and as far as mma being betta den boxing its more excitin but da difference is u have many different ways to win oppose to boxing it determines whose da better fighter using da same skill ya hands...@just c cal is not betta den may...he's prolly da more exciting fighter but techniclly floyd is betta...but yea i remember all of dez...cal ko'd mitchell cuz mitchell dumb ass thought he culd finish him and started swinging wild against cal dats stupid his hands are way to fast for dem loopin punches
