Default Create A Bomb Squad (NBA Edition)

If you were General manager of a team, what would your team look like?

PS: It's not about who's the best players in the NBA. Think about how they play the game and think about how they'd play together.

Starting Line-up:
01.PG:Ricky Rubio
02.SG:.Danny Granger
03.SF:Kevin Durant
04.PF:Blake Griffin
05.C:Tim Duncan

Bench:
06.PG:Jeremy Lin
07.SG:Andre Iguodala
08.SF:Carmelo Anthony
09.PF:Kevin Love
10.C:.Dwight Howards
11.SG:.Dwyane Wade
12.PG:Chris Paul

@The Rock @OSKAR lmaooo do ya'll even watch basketball? Danny Granger averaged 5pts and 1reb this year. Why his he even on ya'll team? If you gon pick somebody from the pacers why not paul george?

And In 2013 How could you not put Lebron in your starting lineup? Ya'll cant just look at PPG.

Ight listen.. Both Lebron and Durant average 18 shots per game however the fact LBJ is averaging 26.8PPG 7.3APG 8.1REB shows he touches the ball more than either kobe or durant yet he has the highest FG percentage out of the 3 of em and has 36 less turnovers then Durant. And for the kobe lovers..Would u really want kobe in your starting lineup over lebron and durant this year? he's only 46% from FG range and 33.3 from 3. Which is worse than Lebron or Durant..Yeah kobe's averaging 27pts but he's taking like 22shots a game to get there while only making 9 per game. So basically you want a dude who misses 13shots a game to start for you? lol AND he has more turnovers than either one of em even though he's missed more games than them. Bottom line Lebron is everything you'd want your best player to be a scorer, facilitator, and a defensive genius.

Cuz it's a team line up..

Rebounding.. I got Howard and KG.

Passing, both KG and Rondo are team players. RONDO is an amazing passer, possibly the best passer right now....He can either feed howard in the low post, pass a wide open shot to KG in the key, or Pass to Wade and Durant on the periphery to knock down long distance shots. The reason I didn't put lebron in my starting 5 is cause i have points, rebs and assists covered, i want a clutch player in the closing minutes of the game. Lebron is not well known for his performance in the 4th quarter...so Durant and Wade are my guys for that

---------- Post added at 01:16 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:15 PM ----------

and who said these lines ups are only based on 2013?

I assumed we were because why else wouldn't u have michael jordan starting on your team? or magic running point?, wilt & bill russell crashing the boards, bird buryin em from beyond the arc, stockton coming off the bench to keep the pace going, shaq dominating the paint? barkley getting in the head of your opposing team? these players should've easily been on your rosters if you werent talking about 2013. If your not gonna base in on the present then idk how none of these guys came to mind.

Do you watch basketball? Did you even read the thread? It's your opinion on how you think they'd work together. Not who can score the most points. And yea i've been watching it for years..

Son. That was the point of my paragraph. U said how well ppl play together. How could u not play well with lebron u can do whatever u need him to do? da whole paragraph was about his versatility not his scoring ability. I made that like reallll obvious. I just dont see how danny granger can play well if he hasnt been healthy and when he does play he has low efficiency. how does that help your team? im debating with yall. Its sports u cant expect a peaceful discussion.
