2013 Audio Topicals [ROUND 1 BRACKETS]

It's like hosting a basketball tournament where hardly any of the players, and more importantly basically none of the refs have ever played basketball or interacted with basketball at all.

No you say, that's objective this is subjective, ok well then just apply that same logic to an panel of members picking MVP for each game but no one on the panel has played basketball or understands the rules or what to look for. And the players don't quite have a grasp on the game either so they're doing weird shit but since the refs also don't know they aren't making calls either.

That's how I feel about a lot of these votes. On both sides. And on other battles. Blah.

I understand what you're saying, but I'll say, at least for our battle, the votes seemed to come from overall educated and experienced (perhaps not in topicals, but with rap at least) people.
