If this happened just after the rain incident, yes. but that was like half a year ago and it was handled by 2 Fuel (I don't need to explain). a lot can change in 6 months

Disrespecting staff is actually a legitimate infraction. Nobody enforces that, so it works both ways.

In the case you're talking about, I have not broken any rules, as has been proven. Your problem now is that Rain was banned when he did not break a rule.

I believe I was banned the entire time you were a mod.

The only reason the rule is there is to protect Pugz back from imaginary lawsuits. Pugz obviously doesn't understand how the law in this situation works and is just being overly cautious
