Irregardless of Trayvon's actions, its still at least manslaughter, because you cant shoot someone for attacking you without a weapon…. Zimmerman cant argue that Trayvon was trying to take his life and therefore he needed to use deadly force to defend himself… that's some bullshit. If somebody you are following and harassing comes at you swinging its okay to shoot them legally… nah sorry.

The NAACP will make sure this goes to the Supreme Court…(as they should) because that aquittal was a lower state court decision. Zimmerman is fucked either way, because he has a huge amount of the U.S. black community hating him personally.

This kind of case happens a lot, so this should go to the Supreme Court to make up for all the other cases just throw out for bullshit reasons. In 2005, a young 17 year old hispanic male was shot multiple times in the back in Austin, Texas after supposedly reaching for a female officers tazer (which their was no real evidence of)…. This happens at least once a year if not more and it is racial profiling. If you don't think that racial profiling exists in the US then you are stupid… hands down.
