I don't actually think someone should be permanently banned. (Especially when that person contributes so much.) When there's people with more than 1 cheating infraction and ares till here. Seems to me like people trust mod decisions when it's convenient to them.

Eth has pushed and pushed and pushed - like he always does - and he's now dealing with the consequences. I have nothing against Eth, I think he really livens up the forums sometimes, but I don't think the ban is in anyway unreasonable given his ban/infraction/warning history on the site.
