forgot about Barber - that was a big pickup, but they overstocked their backfield - especially for being in a martz offense (and if you kno about the martz offense, you know he runs it about 10% of the time, so that move was a moot point)...kind of reminds me back a year or two when washington stacked up the same way...clinton portis, willie parker, and one other big name at the time....that panned out well lol

end of the day, their quarterback is still jay cutler

Martz runs the ball when he has good RB's. Marshall Faulk is a perfect example of that. And I have gone to a few of the Bears practices. Cutler is looking deadly man. Cannon arm (as usual) but his accuracy has definitely improved, as well as his mobility.

touche w/ Faulk - good point...but Marshall Faulk is a one of a kind runner, and martz's offensive scheme created Kurt Warner

I'd line up Forte as WR and Barber in backfield lol....and where's Portis and Parker now?...Plus WAS is not on CHI's level....But having depth is never a bad thing....think it was Larry Johnson as the 3rd RB with WAS too

it was youre right - but at the time, you cannot argue that they had a quality team with a lot of hype going in....until larry and willie didnt make the cut

Lovie won't allow the RB's to be left out of the offensive productivity this year, trust me. Forte also had over 1,000 yards last season, so the 10% running comment holds no water with the Chicago Bears.

Tbh as much as ud hate to say it i think the pats will take it this year........Chad has never had a qb like brady working with him but im willing to bet money that he shines this year.....pats have to many offensive threats to be covered by a single defense.and their defense is pretty decent also so ima say pats win it this year.Might even be a blowout year tbh
