nah i'm taking it easy guys, thansk for the love n support for the serious guys, yeah 150 to 300 , my friend said its possible sso i believe em cause he lifts everyday , today i walked a mile and did shuoulders, my shoulders actually stronger then i thought , and yeah atleast i'm in the gym getting that work

nah i'm taking it easy guys, thansk for the love n support for the serious guys, yeah 150 to 300 , my friend said its possible sso i believe em cause he lifts everyday , today i walked a mile and did shuoulders, my shoulders actually stronger then i thought , and yeah atleast i'm in the gym getting that work

It's good to have goals. I just suggest you read up a bit before you invest a lot of time into it. You don't wanna waste your time doing things all weird and fucky.

The split I used forever was

Chest/tris
Back/bis
Legs/ shoulders

Alternating cardio and abs every day.

One rest day a week

If that makes sense.

yea dono i feel that, i'm a switch it up then and see if i see results and its only chicken legs if my upper body was insanely huge but i'm stil in proportion , since i'm just heading back to the gym now so i'm not all muscle yet , but we talking about pulls ups, who wanna challenge me in push ups ? i can do 20 PERFECT FORM push ups , aiming for 50 after a year though , sit ups though i can't do for shit

you know why i don't do deadlift bcuz last time i tried i hurt my lower back and i couldn't go to the gym for a month, i dont want to make that same mistake , but i feels that , i'm a switch shit up , yo
