@Dave I hear what your saying, but i look at Illmania as this: Send the best of the best out from your crew to represent (6 is a reasonable number i feel), one or two from each aspect of Letsbeef (audio, text, etc)...A good example i can use is the Olympics....only a handful of the best are sent out to represent in their highlight catagory for the whole country (crew).

The members in your crew who are unfortunatly not called to battle should understand what is taking place and the reasoning behind it.....for the good of the crew.

I think of my crew first before i do anything. Weather it be "talking shit in a forum" to "recruiting a new member"...EVERYTHING is run by my club first (members,capos and leaders). My point being is that everyone should have this loyalty for a crew BECAUSE then it would ENSURE that everyone understood what is ment by the "Stronger" ones being sent out first. They should support that, not discourage it.
