I don't think Nas says anything for the sake of it rhyming. He's always bringing up real shit and if you pay attention to his lyrics he's always dropping knowledge. But they always say powerful shit and AZ calls himself the "Visualizer", which also has everything to do with the Law of Attraction and the sub-conscious mind.

All medicines have to undergo that test and beat the Placebo in 2 trials before they can become available for use.

You do know that a placebo effect doesn't require any kind of experiment to be going on to work right? Like, you don't HAVE to have two different groups. If I give one person a sugar pill and tell them it's a miracle drug that can help them with X and they believe me then there's a chance that they will experience the placebo effect regardless of whether or not someone is actually receiving a working drug.
