No... AOTP's beats arn't as good as Wu beats. Rza was a mastermind, he said fuck the rap game and went to doing cinematic music, just too good for it all. Listen to the beat "bang bang" by rza, that beat is fucking SICK.

And Vinnie did fall off. He used to be ill as fuck, no he just cites random controversial events or theories and relates it to how he is going to kill you..
