I do agree with this. I believe it is easier to find people that VP's need to be lowered. With starting low, the mods will have to go through this persons votes and make sure they are vote worthy. They should have VP like the awards where you can apply to have it raised.

I'll do that. I'll set up a thread. and each 1 of you will have to post a link to a battle you voted on and I will decide who I think should have their VP raised. also while checking them for dickriders ect so I can edit their vp's. Good idea.

Yeah but i think this ideas completely useless causepeople are gunna go vote there best on 3 battles then show just.. Bam dickrider back in bidness....PLus.. like zach said.. this is only gunna work if you make everyones nothing to start with.. then gradually raise it..
