Well the way I used to lift was backwards to what coaches have always told me. I used to start with a weight close to my max and do as many as i could of those. then i'd decrease the weight by 10-20 pounds and do as many as i could as those. then reduce it again and do the most i could with that. and always ended by returning to the original high weight for around 5 reps. I went a full year without increasing weight prior to trying this. but within the first week of this way, I increased 25 pounds benching. It also got me landed on the bench for not listening to my coach though  But hell it works

i take whey protein too...cant complain, its a great source of protein and besides the shits, nothig really negative about it....i used to take Cell Mass a couple years ago but blew up with all this water weight...i didnt really know what i was doing and ended up putting on 20+ lbs of non-muscle

I hardcore power lift, 120 pound dumbbells for reps on incline bench etc etc... i jus hit a wall on flat bench n its annoying as fuck

Lol, im gnna be 20 ive been lifting 3 an a half yrs i know what im doing but on flat bench i do 330 for one clean rep no spot, an i cant get past it, i can do 225 like 19 times tho

Lol, im gnna be 20 ive been lifting 3 an a half yrs i know what im doing but on flat bench i do 330 for one clean rep no spot, an i cant get past it, i can do 225 like 19 times tho
