it's not that we have to get rid of it, it's just that a lot of people are starting to use it way too excessively in their verses..

That's why I usually limit a 16 to 2 or 3 nameplays, not 10... LMFAO

it's better to have all aspects in your verse than just one type.. people do this with wordplay as well..

Yeah I would rather people stop using wordplay than nameplay, seriously reading a verse with nothing but SWEETHEART/Sweetart and Either/Ether, get's annoying as fuck.

How do you propose we do personals, when you can't show the thread or place where the person done said personal worthy thing.

I agree that people should cut down on using it, but when flipped creativly, it can be the hardest bar in the verse ez. I just decided to stop using it exclusivly as it was taking from my creativity, but it is a big factor of battling no doubt
