December One Bar PPV: Sign Ups

We're looking for at least 16 combatants so we can have at least 8 match-ups on the card. We will accommodate however many people sign up as long as it's an even number. If you no-showed last month's, don't even bother. Matches will be posted on either the 15th or the 16th of December. Sign-ups are open from now until then.
