GC Wild Cards?

So I saw @GOOD GRIEF's 2 in the chamber post and was wondering if this GC will be the same as the last one, where everyone who had won an official tourney in the last year got a automatic entry as well as one person nominated by each major crew. They also had a couple of "satellite" tourneys if I recall, which were basically quick 8 man mini-tourneys where the winner got a GC spot. Since @RULE isn't running things anymore, I figured it was worth it to ask/suggest to @OSKAR, @2FUEL or whoever else is running things. Thanks.
