More wordplay that doesn't work both ways, grammatical error tars the whole point of the wordplay in the first place. Illo will say this himself, but main voters aren't looking for detail. I voted against your verse because at the core, technique and punch clarity lacked. I can name even more technical faults throughout the verse:

So here were your best two concepts:

(2) Your ‘clique getting dragged’, and ‘assed out’ like porn when we SCAN-for-NUDE SCENES.
Buuuuut both were executed poorly due to (1)'s wordplay issues, with it being slightly off-key with the initial sentence structure. Syria's/Serious wordplay is almost considered overused at this point, nigh-on played. The actual bar overall was well structured but execution, the point at where it matters most, made that obsolete.
(2) was formulated as a jab, swagger was very much on point but you tarred it with "assed out" which, in my eyes, threw away the clean wording factor.
With this being said, I could shed the same amount of negative criticism about Rican's and Fidel's verse. Both verses very much had played and forced concepts, at times even being nonsensical:

That being said, they had a higher density of "punches". Or, as I'd put it in my beneath-the-surface patronising manner, semi-impactful sentence resolutions. How condescending does that sound? They had more flips, more direction towards the opponent (sacrificing build-ups for this) and more, afraid to say it, semi-impactful sentence resolutions than your verse.
The reason you have a majority of votes is due to the polish and superficial readability to your verse. Is that a invalid reason to vote for you? No. When I vote, I don't always have an absolute conviction that everyone should vote my way. It's subjective and momentarily influenced. I felt like there was more core battling adherence in Rican and Fidel Z's verse. My original vote half-way through your verse was that of LoD, but I felt like I slowly began to realise that it was just a well-structured verse with a slight comic value and little text battling novelty.
There's your expo. Please respect it, however if you do want to troll some more then just bear in mind that you can't slander my vote any longer. Illo's vote goes to show that it
was close. Saying it's a landslide is just egotistical.
