$100 says he comes in here saying Reign was also meant as Rain meaning the torch flame was put out by the Rain Reign because Reign Rain is wet....Even though it still wouldn't make a blind bt of sense the way he worded it because the way he worded it didn't mean anything of the such.

'Reign' had to do with the situation in Egypt, and I think the overall point he was trying to make was to compare Askari's LetsBeef reign and his confrontation with X-Cal to the situation with the military in Egypt. I think he had some wording issues in trying to convey that point. "Up and out of power" was nowhere near being the smoothest wording he could have used. "Loosing light/torch" was veering away from/irrelevant to the central idea, but it still sort of worked if we take "loosing light" as a metaphor for losing power.
