As far as I understand only @NOBLE or @X have that kind of access; the former is frequently active right now, I'm sure he'll clear this up for you soon enough.

I only see transactions dealing with purchase of Exclusive Memberships, not ads. I'll hit up Pugz (the owner) to get this cleared up though.
