I got BEAST Creatine.. that's some good shit for mass gains. I used it when I was actually lifting weights n tryna put on major weight... I had to consume like 3500+ Calories a day + 10g of Creatine on training days and 5g on my rest days.
I think it's like.. Your body can only handle 5g of Creatine every 4-5 hours, or something.
That shit helped alot with gaining weight though, I put on 8 Lb's in like 2 weeks with that shit.

when youre lifting weight youre essentially tearing the muscle fiber and when it heals it heals back stronger and larger. whey / protein in general is important to repair muscle fibers and allow you train at max efficiency.. as far as gaining actual mass though..you can drink whey till your kidneys bleed and you wont grow.. your body can only process so much protein at one time.
if you give me an idea of what you wanna do with your body i can prolly give you a good idea on which direction you should be headed

i see a good friendship coming along haha.
On the topic of like tearing muscle fiber and growth and shit..
Whats your take on like taking a break after workouts?
Like, do you think its an absolutely terrible idea to work like your arms and chest two days in a row? is that counter productive?
and I'm actually trying to maintain my size, but get more defined. I don't want to get like extremely jacked, just maybe a little more muscle mass, get leaner, maintain body weight.
i feel like my routine now is stable, but im mad open to pointers and tips.

So basically you wanna look a bit bigger, get cut, yet still remain around the same weight?
To do this you might have to up your calorie in-take, yet work twice as hard when working out.
Or you can do intermittent fasting.

oh, i gochu Jason. Thanks man.
I've actually been doing lower weight more reps.
Occasionally i do step up to like max effort and shit though just to maybe build some mass.
As for eating. I don't like count my intake down to the exact calorie but i make sure not to over eat or under eat. If anything though, I usually over eat. Including the occationaly binge during special occations, you know? haha.
And i mostly eat high protein food really. And good shit too, i stay away from fast food and sweets and i like only drink water and green tea.
but that 48 hour rest tips gonna help alot, thanks man.

Word@ Jason, you do this shit for a living or what?
Yeh I only used the creatine for gaining weight purposes. It gives you alot of temporary strength which means more weight can be lifted (I thought this was bullshit when someone told me, but I noticed it after the first week). But like I said, it's only temporary, your strength can crash real hard if you don't maintain your workouts; Like it did with me lol

To be fair, the stuff Jason's contributing is mega helpful, I'm finding a routine and nutrition plan right now; I have the nutrition part down pretty well, but the tips here on muscle workouts and getting leaner is exactly the kind of info I've been looking for.
