As far as military in your area - like I said before we got dudes out there but they wouldn't look like the dudes you described matter of fact you couldn't pick them out from the populace. Deep Embedded .. I can only think of a private sector like Blackwater or some company like that .. But if they were on a commercial plane they wouldn't have weapons on them which kind of throws me off.
