On some really real shit tho, if he said that line, its very shameful, like why even say it.. there are so many others to use.. granted, lots of sixx's stuff is relatively played.. (sorry sixx but its true) but that line + being from NY is kind of a no brainer... if it was playin homage you would think you would actually mention it in the track/battle or metaphorically tie it to Jay in some clever way. I know clever really isn't sixx's style, like he more of spitting the shit that anyone can get, but at the end of the day, why even use it unless you gonna make a bigger point w/ it.
