Actually, @ -Savage-'s reverse barbell thing (palms-down wrist curl?) is probably the best for the whole forearm.
If you want to isolate both muscles though, do the dumbell twist thing.

The spider man Push Ups are good, as they work your core. A strong core is a great thing to have. Also Ranger Wing push ups are pretty dope too, but very tough and difficult, but good all the same. Also try elevating your feet, make sure to maintain a straight back (Unless doing the Ranger Wing Push ups, although best not try them untill you are ready) adn keep your head down once your feet are elevated (lot of ppl bend there neck back trying to look forward, there is no need for this and it will cause later problems on your neck and eventually your spine)...
Push ups...Pull ups & the Plank are the best way to go. @Jason is right with the "Use Your Own Body Weight"... Well he already said it all about the machines and DB's... Free weights is also better than any machine.
