He grew up on the EastCoast , didn't move to Cali til he was 19-20... I mean, son was born in Brooklyn, moved to Jersey, then to Baltimore. Graduated HS & moved to Cali. East trained that nigga.

East Coast emcees are better bar wise compared to the South & West emcees

But I fucks with the West heavy and think they put out better songs
the Cali rap classics shit on most of NY classic songs with a few exceptions of course

till this day no Gangsta east coast track can fuck with anything from NWA or Ice T

I think if you take away the J Lo line the verse gets exceptionally better. You gotta listen to what dudes sayin. Its not about the multis and metaphors just analyze dudes message...which isnt that hard because Jadakiss is smart enough to dumb his shit down and still make it sound intelligent & appealing

That's like saying a good textcee has wack verses on paper because you're not reading it correctly. Just because you don't read something the way a rapper says it doesn't mean its wack on paper. We get into this all the time with the Europeans on this site... They'll drop votes and say X didnt rhyme or Y didnt flow but they have an accent that they read it in and different pronunciations for shit. Different places on where to put emphasis on certain words

If you're saying Jadakiss can spit a basic ass verse and make it fire because of how he makes them sound, that's true. But basic isn't necessarily bad. He's pretty good at wording his shit and effectively getting his line across
